We offer local delivery Monday to Saturday from 10am - 6pm.

2. LTL Freight Shipping
For larger orders over $1,400, we offer LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping. Select "Quote for LTL Freight" at checkout, and we'll provide a custom quote within 24 hours.

3. Free Warehouse Pickup
You're welcome to pick up your order for free at our warehouse:

Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM (closed on statutory holidays)
4. Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. International Shipping & Duties
For USA customers:
- Orders under $800 USD may qualify for duty-free entry under the de minimis rule.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- We use HS codes to accurately describe your goods for customs purposes.
6. Packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. Our boxes are typically 10-40 lbs, designed to protect your items during transit.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
8. CUSMA Certification
Many of our products qualify for duty-free treatment under CUSMA (formerly NAFTA). We provide necessary documentation for eligible items.
