We accept returns as long as the product has not been used or opened within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, we may accept unopened products, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. After 30 days, we will not accept any returns.

Returns will be inspected to ensure safety protocols are followed before restocking. Once approved, a Credit Memo will be created towards your account (for NET30 customers).

For online purchases using a credit card, including those involving shipping, we will refund the amount directly to your credit card.
