No, we do not permit the use of copies or photos. Patek Packaging owns all information design, icons, photos, and other elements offered at or through the Web Sites. The user does not gain copyright or any other rights to the content of a Web Site by using them. Without Patek Packaging’s specific written consent, the Web Site and its contents should not be modified, transmitted, posted, uploaded, republished, reproduced, imitated, duplicated, or distributed in any manner, in whole or in part.

Patek Packaging also retains these rights for all of its printed products, including flyers, postcards, catalogs, and all other printed items.

If you do not adhere to these conditions, you may be subject to legal proceedings.

Orders

Patek Packaging ships from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Shipping to freight forwarding companies and addresses across the Globe is also possible.

Depending on where you reside, shipment times will vary. Please refer to Canada Post and shipping providers in your country of residence for more information.
A free gift or promotion might be included in your purchase before you check out and complete the ordering process.

Ensure your promotional code is entered correctly, if so, the amount will be discounted from your final purchase or the free item will be added.
Patek Packaging utilizes a range of security measures to keep all of your confidential information secure.

Patek Packaging protects your accounts and credit card details when purchasing online by using encryption. When you’re on an encrypted (protected) website, the padlock in your browser’s address bar will appear.

All of your information is stored offline in secured systems which authorized people can only access. Visit our Privacy Policy for more details.

If you’re using a shared computer, ensure to log from your Patek Packaging account and delete the browsing history to ensure that unintended logins are not possible.

No. Orders do not have a minimum value. For sale items, a minimum dollar amount might apply.
Depending on the item, the minimum number needed for purchasing may differ. Please refer to the web site for more information.

Shipment/Delivery

In the “Shipping Method” option during checkout for online transactions, the possible carriers are listed. You may choose your chosen shipping provider on the screen. The default carrier will be Canada Post.

The following factors determine available carriers:
  • Size of the order
  • Weight
  • Quantity
  • Delivery Location


You may also choose to have any order shipped through freight collect.
It is guaranteed for 14 days.

Any stock item may be returned for a refund within 14 days for any reason as outlined in the return policy.

Patek Packaging will provide a return label with free return shipment if Patek Packaging or the manufacturer is at fault. Otherwise, the shipping costs become the responsibility of the buyer.

For a Return Authorization Number, call (604) 564-9409, or request your return online through the Return Centers. Outside the packaging, write the Return Authorization/Order Number.
You may track orders by clicking on your “My Account” tab and selecting Track Orders.
While many items are delivered the following day without a special request, you may select an overnight delivery mode upon online checkout.

Pick Up

Orders are available for pickup at our retail location 112-5589 Byrne Road, Burnaby, British Columbia.

Yes, we do drop shipping. Orders will be delivered in a Patek Packaging box, complete with a Patek Packaging label and packing list.

When placing an order, simply use the dropship address as the shipping address.

Patek Package does not ship blind.

Returns

Products from multiple orders must be returned in separate packages.

If you return an order with a returns label that was included in your package, you must include the paper returns form with every order. Please create a list of the products you want to return so that the warehouse knows what to prepare.
In certain cases, your shipping fee will be refunded, such as if your whole purchase was defective or inaccurate or if your transaction was canceled under Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Fill your cart with items.
  • Click the “Checkout” button.
  • Follow the directions on the screen.
  • Check the “Create an account?” box.
If you are a new client, an account will be created upon completing your purchase.

You can also sign up without making an order at the top right of the page, next to cart.

You may change or add your account details during the checkout process.

Feel free to contact us if you have any additional requests (including updating your business name).
You must ensure that your device’s clock is precise. If your device clock is too fast, you will not access your My Account pages for security purposes.

If you are still have issues with the website, we recommend that you try the following:
  • Delete your cookies.
  • Reboot your browser.
  • You should update your computer system.

If issues persists, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team with the following information:
  • What you’ve done so far trying to address the problem
  • Which web browser are you using? (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • You should take screenshots of any alerts you receive.
  • Please give as much detail as you can about the issue you’re facing.
By signing in to My Account and clicking Address Book, you may add, delete, and edit your address information. When you change or add an address, be sure to select Save address so that the updated knowledge is accessible for you the next time you order.

Payment

Payment can be made with any of these payment options we provide, including Interac E-transfers, American Express cards, Affinity Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery and JBC.

Payment cards (debit cards or credit cards) are subjected to verification checks and approval by Your issuing bank. We are not responsible for some delays or non-delivery of Your Order if we do not obtain the necessary authorization.
Place your order once again

If your payment was rejected, you would need to replace your purchase. Once payment has been rejected, we are unable to restore the order.

Complete the required checks

When making a new order, we recommend verifying the following to guarantee that your purchase will not be declined:
  • Check the card information on your Patek Packaging account to ensure the details are accurate such as the billing address and the expiration date.
  • Ensure to enter the security code accurately – the three digits on the backside of your card.
Your card issuer might have rejected your payment; since they would not inform us about the reason, it is useful to ask them or call your bank.

If you’ve reviewed all of these, try a different card.
At the moment we do not accept payments via PayPal.
Yes, at our local retail location we accept cash.
As an online company, our price varies in accordance with supply and consumer demand. We cannot reimburse the difference in this case.
